Sharing / Reporting Ads

When you share an ad using the social media share feature. Facebook and Twitter will scrape your ad which you listed on hermitt.biz. It then uses the information we provide to them, to build a format that meets their requirements for content to be shared and displayed. If you have an image uploaded to your ad even better as we use the image to help personalize your ad for those you share it with.

Clicking the icon will launch a window where you can optionally attach a message.

Clicking the icon will launch a new tab and ask you to confirm.

After you've posted your ad you can share it to facebook and twitter. To do so, view your ad and look for the icon and the icon, which will be located at the bottom of the ad.

If you find an ad offensive you can report it using the icon. When clicked a window will appear asking you to select the reason for flagging the ad and optionally enter a comment if you wish to add more information to your report.

When an ad is flagged, an administrator will be alerted to look into the matter.
